If
you have debris that you need removed, we're here to help. We can
normally accommodate any timeline that you require, although we are
in high demand, so same day service is not always available.
Our minimum rate on any job for removal of one or two items that one
man can carry is $100.
You can request
one or two men. One man includes up to 1 and 1/2 hours of load time.
Two men includes up to 1 hour of load time.
Additional hours are billed at the low rate of only $65 per hour residential
and $85 for commercial.
Going up or down stairs may carry extra charges, depending on what
is to be hauled away. (e.g. a refrigerator or couch).
NO Hidden FEES!
Unlike some local companies, the fees we quote you are firm. There
are no hidden fees that will appear on your final invoice, and the
dump fee is included in normal weighted load. In rare cases construction
debris may incur a higher charge as the loads are heavier.
Truck
Rates
Our rates are simple and straight forward. A 1/3 truck load of general
debris (light material, no concrete or tile) is $150.
1/2 truck load of general debris is $275 and for another hundred bucks
you can have a FULL truck load of debris hauled away (Our best discount).
Your fee will usually fall somewhere in between the minimum and a
full truck load.
Do You Need A Job Audit?
Although we are very good with free, friendly phone advice. In some
cases our clients want or need us leave our office to do an on-site
Job Inspection Audit.
If your situation calls for an on-site inspection, there will be a
small fee payable in advance of the quote...AND when you decide to
go ahead and hire us to do the job, we rebate that small fee right
onto your total fee. Because
we deduct this fee from your job total, the audit ends up costing
you nothing.
On rare occasions (and primarily only for larger jobs) if we have
a truck in your area and have the time we'll be glad to come by and
do a free on-site audit.
Unfortunately, with the gasoline companies demanding an arm and a
leg from us on a daily basis (as they probably have from you too)
we simply can't do FREE on-site estimates as often as we'd like.
